Entschuldigt das ich in Englisch geschrieben habe, jedoch spreche nicht sehr gut Deutsch weswegen ich mich nicht so gut ausdrücken kann. Ich hoffe trotzdem das ihr alle gut genug Englisch könnt um das hier zu verstehen.

Chobits was an Anime Manga Series i was really into few years ago. When i look back that time i really enjoyed it and i guess i still enjoy watching it sometimes. Even though my taste isnt the same anymore.

But anyway for some of you it will be a strange Anime/Manga, but for me i gotta say its pretty good for its Genre.

Chobits made by Clamp which i found kinda to be a shock when i first start reading it.
This Manga was made by the same group who made Card Captor Sakura.

As it starts you really think its kinda like a comedy Anime but when it moves on it becomes more and more a really nice love story which i think girls will enjoy more than boys...(i guess im not sure.. actually im a boy myself and enjoy it like hell ;P)

But anyway it's not "the best" love story i could imagine but i think its still a real good one.

Personally i prefer the Manga, its more straightfor than the Anime as the Anime got a whole lot of fillers in it.

Although the Anime has a lot less or actually even "NO" nudity in, which is a really nice Fix for those younger people watching it... but actually it didn't let me enjoy it more beacuse of that fact.

The only good thing about the Fillers is that we really get to know every Character so that we can choose between those we like and those we don't ;P..

And there are no boring characters or something like that at all. Atleast there is plum who's kinda annoying for some others, but in my case i think it gives Chobits the real comedy touch.

To come down to the little things.
The Music is alright, nothing Special, the Intro is kinda annoying to be honest and the first ending theme is really forgetable BUT the secound ending theme is a real good shot... nice and kinda dramatic and i guess it fits perfectly for how the story goes.

Anyway if you like clamp, this is a Masterpiece after all.
And i gotta admit even though Animes usually just make a worse job in capturing the nice Scenes in the Manga, this one is particulary really well done. They got all those secenes perfectly.

So now we come to the dub.
The english dub was not bad at all, in my opinion it was really cool. The only kinda annoying part is when chi is saying her name in that really high pitched tone .. i guess... some of you might find it cute..

But i think for those who like it traditional way should check it out in japanese with subs.

Anyway i can't really highly recommand this manga because of the fact that its too citchy for the most...(girlish) but as i said its really good for its genre and it is something that is really enjoyable from time to time. But if you cant handle it, dont bother, there are always some types you cant stand ^^'...

I give the Manga 4.7 of 5 points and the anime 4.5 of 5.

Although the Anime should get less points i gave it 4.5 because the SceneMusic made me kinda feel real into that Anime and thats really important since you gotta have to get the feel for it.

Sample: Mr. Uedas Life story... it made me seriously cry even thouugh i dont cry that much, but i guess his nice voice, they way he talks, the nice scene cut and the music made me really feel into it.
