Wie gesagt, jegliche Art von Lolicon ist seit Monaten in Japan Verboten (also alles mit minderjährigen Personen die freizügig gekleidet sind oder sich mit sexuellen Themen beschäftigen).

Gibt eine leichte Möglichkeit für die Zeichner das zu umgehen, einfach schreiben alle Charas in den Manga sind über 18 und fertig. Auch einer der Gründe wieso es auch in sonst überall auf der Welt Lolicon gibt.
